Mood: Like a Rolling Stone (again)

Living in a culture I don't always understand - by using a big euphemism - triggers my perfectionism to painful levels. I feel inadequate or even dull almost every day and I always end up thinking that any setback is my fault. Even retroactively.

Today I read Julien's The Sitcom Cringe and I feel well. I feel less alone. And not too extreme. Not too much, at least.
