I am a localization manager/translator and intercultural consultant living in Berlin (Germany), passionate about languages, cultures, diversity management, dancing and good movies.

Interested in intercultural communication and/or diversity management? In the mood for a Tandem-partner or looking for someone willing to learn Spanish with you? Desperately seeking an enthusiastic dance partner for salsa, bachata, swing or charleston?
Hoping to find a blogging buddy willing to inspire and motivate you?

Just drop me a line for a coffee. I am always thankful for the chance to get to know interesting and fascinating people like you.

Mood: Can words make you feel better?

Sometimes I just think that we are afraid of words. Or rather, to use words. To use words to explain our thoughts, our emotions, our fears, our desires. Yet, when we use words to express what we think, everything becomes less scary. And liberating.

To speak or write openly about the reasons because we are blue and because we are unhappy is the first step to change the situation.
To solve a problem we must know it and to know it we must be able to give it a shape. It's easy to do it by using words. No matter in what language.

Just choose one and talk about what you don't like.
Are you already doing this?
