Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #356. - Out there, on cloud nine

It probably is indeed evolutionary. And yes, personality and mindset may play a role as well.
In one way or another, most people tend to focus more, remember more, and talk more about their bad days than the good ones.

We may describe in great detail why something is wrong, terrible, or unfair. We could talk about it for hours and find new ways of complaining about it without effort.
We are often way less eloquent while communicating how we feel about something rewarding, glorious, or incredibly pleasant. As if we would take it somehow for granted and something going well is just how it is supposed to be, so why spending time talking about it?

[What if the answer to this question
would be "Five minutes ago"?]

This way, while talking about something going well, we go for average.
How are you doing? All good. Good how? You know, good. Just good? Yes, good. Why?

It's time to change that. To cherish, remember, and embrace the good days.
Today's question is about the last time you've been walking on air, for whatever reason.

Let's talk more about those days. Let's find better words to describe them. Let's be thankful for them.

Coaching question of the day:
"When was the last time you've been on cloud nine?"
