Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #395. - To worry, or not to worry, that is the question

Today's question may feel bittersweet and passive, to some extent.
And yet it's actually a quite positive and proactive one.

"To worry" is a verb. And in order to worry and to find something worrying, we have to act and do something.
Worrying about something is something we either do or don't do.

[We all worry about something...
Some of us more than others.
Does it always make sense?]

Even if it may be that we are not intentional yet about whether or not it's worth our time worrying about something, we don't have to consider ourselves at the mercy of our circumstances.
Being curious about what we consider worrisome is the first step.

Over time, if we know better what we tend to worry about, we can become better at debunking all the times where worrying is not truly helpful or logical.
This way, it's (a little bit more) up to us.

Coaching question of the day:
"What has been worrying today?"
