Even if feedback in itself is a precious gift and an irreplaceable tool for fostering growth and self-awareness, it doesn't always feel that way.
Many people are scared of asking for it or dread the moment they will hear or read something that they may not like or feel comfortable with.
And yet, even in those cases, feedback can be eye-opening and extremely helpful.
