Words for you: Feedback

Even if feedback in itself is a precious gift and an irreplaceable tool for fostering growth and self-awareness, it doesn't always feel that way.
Many people are scared of asking for it or dread the moment they will hear or read something that they may not like or feel comfortable with.
And yet, even in those cases, feedback can be eye-opening and extremely helpful.

Coaching question: "What can feedback teach you?"
[We may not like what we hear,
but we can still learn something from it]

Next time you're up for feedback, no matter the context or the specifics, ask yourself what lesson thoughtful feedback may have in store for you.
