The question about your clothes that you should ask yourself more often

If I would take a picture of you today, what are you wearing right now that would make you feel ashamed within a couple of years or force you to explain someone from the next generation that "this is what we were used to wear"?

[Clothes don't make you, but they for sure convey a message about you.
