For many people, saying NO feels very scary and difficult, so difficult that it may be almost impossible.
And yet, in a pretty interesting and revealing way, those are the people that would badly need to be able to say NO more often.
Knowing when to say yes is important, sure thing, but knowing when to say NO is just as important. Both saying yes and saying NO have to be in balance, they need to have a purpose, they should be seen as practical tools for designing our days and lives.
