As a coach, when I get to know a new client, I like to ask them "What's your superpower?" and if they are unsure about how to reply, I could then ask "What superpower would you like to develop?".
That's usually a very interesting and useful question and it helps my clients find a safe place for them, a place they can be excited about.
Also, it can help build resilience and strengthen someone's self-worth.
It is one of my favorite questions ever.
[Superpowers? Yes, please!]
