Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #45. - Resilience

One of the most fascinating things about wisdom and resilience is that you can find them practically everywhere, and very often where you would have never expected:

"No winter lasts forever!", I can read on a huge board inside a shop, an open shop, and yet an empty shop, where nobody is shopping right now.

[No winter lasts forever!
Berlin, April 2020]

Still, no winter lasts forever, and even a terrible situation like the present one will come to an end, sooner or later. Until then, resilience is the key, or one of the keys, for dealing with the struggle, the fear, the uncertainty, the pain.

Coaching question of the day:
"When have you been resilient already, and how can you be resilient now?"
