Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #228. - Celebrating tiny ideas

More often than not, we are quite dismissive of our ideas because they are not bigger than life, groundbreaking, or subverting enough for us to be proud of them.
We go for the mindset that either we can scream "Eureka" every time we think about something, or we should better say nothing at all.

Thing is...
The revolutionary ideas are rare, and therefore even more precious and worthy of our appreciation. But tiny ideas, the ones we have daily and that mean small changes and improvements over time, are also worthy of our appreciation.

[Tiny ideas? They are just as important
and useful as the very big ones]

They are the ones that keep us going, growing, evolving.
They are the ones the concept of "kaizen" is made of.

Every tiny idea that can support change in our life at some level and that we act upon while creating this change for us and around us deserves to be celebrated and cherished.
It's never too late, so let's start today.

Coaching question of the day:
"What's the best tiny idea you've got this week?"
