Peace of mind can be and mean something different to each of us, and yet each of us needs it, in their own unique shape and form, in order to be healthy, productive, and happy.
There is no standard way to think about it, and therefore it's quite fascinating to investigate a little and ask ourselves how we imagine the peace of mind, how it looks like for us, what we see when we close our eyes looking for a safe place for our ideas, our emotions, our thoughts.
ask yourself instead questions like
"If peace of mind would be a color, which color it would be?"]
In our mind, such a place can be related to a color, a sound, a taste, a scent, the face of someone we like, a situation, a pleasant memory, a hope we hold dear for the future, and countless other diverse things... or even many of them at once.
Playing detective with the matter and discovering how peace of mind looks like for us and maybe even how it has changed over time is a fundamental step for enhancing our self-awareness, our mindfulness, and our resilience.
Where there's peace of mind, there is always a solution to whatever may come our way.
