Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #417. - Your own personal lead balloon

"To go down like a lead balloon" is not only a quite funny idiomatic expression but also a very effective metaphor.
And... it is definitely revealing.

What do we like, dislike, find cringeworthy, or impossible to accept?
Can we recognize some kind of pattern or rule of thumb for ourselves?

and yet it contains a pretty powerful question]
