Today's coaching question could feel tricky, for a change.
"Creating value sounds great, sure thing, but what does it mean?", you may be wondering.
And you would be right, of course.
It is tricky, indeed, because there is no right or wrong answer to this objection.
Creating value can mean different things to different people and even different things to the same people in different situations or phases of their lives.

Creating value can mean different things to different people and even different things to the same people in different situations or phases of their lives.
and in the eyes of the person committing to the task]
So today's question can be answered in two steps:
- while identifying what creating value can mean to you right now, under your present life circumstances, related to the people you would like to create value for;
- while thinking about what you could do, be, and say in order to indeed create value for the people around you.
Another way to look at the question is to concentrate on the "around you" part without focusing on specific people: How can you, from now on, create value around you?
Both ways to go for it are absolutely great, as long as we decide to actually go for it and to commit to creating some value.
