Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #362. - Your plan for the next three months

If you want to see people react quite strongly, ask them about their plans... for the next three months.
Some people may look at you as you would have lost your mind, others could become speechless or ask you what you are talking about, and a couple of people will laugh out loud without going further.

And yet, whether we have a plan or not, the next three months will pass, eventually. And with a plan, we are way better off at staying productive, being creative, and obtaining the results we are hoping for.
So why not have a plan to follow?

[Three months may seem like a long time
and yet we are talking about more or less 90 days...
What can happen for you in 90 days?]

Having a plan is not about checking all the boxes and seeing the unexpected and whatever change may be needed as a sign of failure to be taken personally.
Having a plan is about having a general direction to follow, a strong focus, and a clear idea of what matters and which goals should be pursued.

Is it going to work like clockwork at all times? Of course not.
But it's nonetheless a great tool for time management, goal setting, and prioritizing. So once more... why not?

Coaching question of the day:
"What's your plan for the next three months?"
