One coaching question a day - #28. Something for yourself?

How are you treating yourself, on an average day?
Like everyone else in your life?
Better than other people in your life? Worse than other people in your life?

We set the standards other people in our life have to live by in order for us to stick around, and we do it every single day.

How? Through our behavior, our actions, our words toward ourselves.
Some people treat themselves poorly and then wonder why they are treated just as poorly by other people as well

[How about asking yourself this question
on a regular basis, from now on?]

How can you set the bar a little bit higher, for you and for others?
How can you treat you a little bit better?
What can you do for yourself today?
