A lot more like John Hughes' Breakfast Club than like a posh country club.
It doesn't have to be a real club, nor it has to be fancy, big, or very exclusive.
There are other characteristics that are way more important.
Those are the characteristics that you want to embody, embrace, and live by.
Those are the characteristics of the people you want to be like and that you want to have around, it doesn't matter if you are on the same continent, if you met them in person before, if they are alive or not.
[A lot more like the Jane Austen Book Club,
not so much like a regular Rotary Club]
Role models, mentors, smart colleagues, inspirational leaders, valuable friends, kind loved ones, cool fictional characters...
This club is about a sense of belonging, this club is about you: here is where you share values, ideas, interests, and best practices with people that represent what matters to you.
Coaching question of the day:
"What's the club you want to be a good member of?"
