Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #64. - Intentional with time

Time is precious, they say.
This is true, and yet it is still a way of underestimating the value of time.

Even if we keep saying that time is money, time is actually priceless.
We can't buy time. No matter what, we will always have 24 hours of it every single day.

Each of us. The CEO, the model, the busy manager, the waitress, the homeless, the surfer, the teacher, you, and me.
We all have 24 hours a day. Using them wisely should be a no-brainer. And yet... that's often not the case.

[You don't have to have a time goal...
What you need is intention]

Coaching question of the day:
"How can you be more intentional with your time?"
