Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #70. - Your action plan

Having an action plan can be energizing, motivating, fulfilling... and also pretty scary.

On one side, it feels good to have written down all the steps that need to be taken in order to achieve a specific goal. On the other side, that list can be quite long... and become longer every single day.

Above all during challenging times like these, it could make sense to think about the latest action plan from a different perspective while verifying whether everything on the list is truly necessary, whether the time-line is realistic, whether or not we also took serendipity and unplanned events into account.

[My new action plan is...
Writing further 296 coaching questions...
and covering a full year of self-coaching!]

Writing a new, revised action plan could then be a much-needed step... as long as it doesn't become just the next item of an endless action plan list.

Coaching question of the day:
"What's your new, more meaningful action plan?"
