For sure, you have heard this motto hundreds of times before. Either at work, at home, or because you are a very loyal Queen fan.
"The show must go on", they say.
What they are implying without saying it is "no matter what". The show must go on no matter what.
These words can sound motivating, resilient, energizing, pragmatic, forthright. They can also sound intimidating or... confusing.
[Maybe not your favorite Queen song...
Yet still something worth thinking about]
Which kind of show must go on? The show as it has always been? A new kind of show, adapted to new circumstances? The minimum you can do today in order to keep the show going?
I think there is no answer that can make sense for everyone. The mileage may vary, the landscape may be different, the criteria may be as unique as your own unique situation.
It could be interesting to think once more about how to reply. How you can reply.
