Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #106. - A new life lesson

If I say "lesson", what does come to your mind?
Spending a day at school? Having a hard time? Enjoying a life lesson?

When we think about life lessons, we usually think big, like we have seen them happening in the movies so many times.
They have to be bold, dramatic, adventurous, most of the time painful or at least challenging, they have to be something so unique and memorable that we will still be talking about it thirty years after the fact.

[Big life lessons make great movies.
Small life lessons make great lives]

And sometimes, they are.
Other times, they don't. And yet, they still can be an important lesson to cherish and to be grateful for.

Everything that can make a difference in your life, have an impact, modify you, or your life in some way... is a life lesson.
It is something you learned and that was not there before, or it was there but you were not able to appreciate or embrace it.

There are tiny, important life lessons hidden in every day. The secret is being able to go looking for them. So how about starting now?

Coaching question of the day:
"Which life lesson did you learn today?"
