The month of June is coming to an end and, to many people, this only means one thing, even during a pandemic: the summer holidays are coming.
For other people, though, this could mean something completely different: they reached the exact midpoint of the year. The first six months are gone, the other six months lay brand new in front of them, waiting to be shaped accordingly to their roadmap.
A roadmap can be of great help and, if used properly, often represents a valuable asset. A good roadmap is about priorities, strategies, needed steps, milestones... and all those cool words that the cool kids out there are so happy to use all the time.
Still, a roadmap is also about fears, expectations, doubts, needs, desires...
All things that are not that often a topic in the business world, because they can become very scary pretty quickly.
What is shaping your roadmap (fear or desire? your decisions or the decisions of others? short-term or long-term goals? a fixed or a growth mindset? constraint or flexibility?) will also shape your days, how you use your time, and how you feel about the whole process.
Thinking about it could be definitely worth it.
Coaching question of the day:
"What roadmap are you currently working on?"

[It can be something related to your private
or to your professional life, or even both...]
