Today's coaching question is an invitation, and it could be the beginning of a new habit as well.
The invitation is pretty simple: At the end of your week, find a moment that is suitable for you and look back at the last five or seven days while asking yourself what are you happy and satisfied with, and why.
and enjoy its magic:
over time, it will change the way you perceive your days]
It may be related to your work, your business, your career, your private life, and even both. Passing those situations, ideas, and interactions in review and discovering why those made you proud, happy, and motivated is a great way for you to go looking for similar ones in the future.
Out of it, you could decide to create a regular habit and to repeat this short, useful audit once a week, in order to round off the last days, reflect on the positive occurrences, show yourself and others your gratitude, and tweak your plans for the week ahead.
Over time, such a habit can truly help you shape your weeks, and your years, with a much higher level of purpose, self-awareness, and thankfulness.
Coaching question of the day:
"What went well this week, and why?"
