Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #212. - What to do after a challenging day

Sometimes, and even more so after a very long and difficult day, it's a good habit to look back at the day coming to an end and to take notice of what has been challenging, onerous, perhaps even exhausting.

Why? Because we survived.
Because the day is almost gone and we are still here.
Because it's from such days that we learn the most and that we can grow and build our resilience muscles.

[The next tough day you will have
could become a chance for you to be strong, and grateful]

The next time you should have a taxing day, be sure to smile at the end of it and to be thankful for your grit, your endurance, and the ability you had, one more time, to go so far. Even during such a tricky day.

Coaching question of the day:
"What has been challenging today?"
