Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #276. - Your phone, that many times a day

Energy flows where attention goes, Tony Robbins and other cool kids say.
And that is, for most people... their phone.

Even if they are not always that happy with it. Or not happy at all. And yet, changing this can feel so hard, or quite hopeless.

The first step for creating change? Becoming fully aware of what we want to change in the first place.
This often means observing our actions over time and becoming aware of something we don't like or that has been out of control without us realizing it before.

[Like in the vast majority of card games,
your goal here is to pick a number.
And to decide if you are happy with that number, or not]

In order to change something, we have to get skilled at recognizing it and improving our awareness through it.
Then, we can learn how to stop the behavior or how to own that behavior, for that matter.

Coaching question of the day:
"How many times a day do you usually check your phone?"
