Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #66. - Unstoppable, Goethe style

If I would ask you what is stopping you from doing what you want in your career, in your job, in your private life, chances are that you would name a couple of big hairy problems or some kind of fear.
No wonder that those huge obstacles stopped you. So far.

If we are dealing with a challenge and playing for high stakes, we tend to focus on the big picture, to consider all problems at once, to think that we need to have a solution for everything already before we can even start.

How about being unstoppable instead?

[Repeat after me:
"I am unstoppable today"]

One small step at the time, one small action at the time, one small victory at the time. Just in the way Goethe suggested it:

Without haste, but without rest.
Ohne Hast, aber ohne Rast.

We can start small, think about the smallest and easiest problem we can solve, and deal with it first. After that, we can have a look at what has changed because we solved a small problem already. What is a little bit better now? What can we do next? We can pick another small problem, and deal with it.
We can keep going. We should keep going. We should be unstoppable, even if this means taking care only of the smallest issues out there, at first.

Step by step, we can gain momentum, and we will keep going even if the problems get bigger.
We can be unstoppable, one small change at the time.

Coaching question of the day:
"How can you be unstoppable today?"
