Even if we often think that we are all the same and we all like to do the same things in the same way, that's not always the case.
We are all different and yet we share the same needs and emotions, but each person has their unique mix of things that can be motivating, energizing, inspiring, and rewarding for them.
What can keep me going may be boring or even dreadful for someone else.
And that's totally fine, as long as I keep this piece of information in mind, and the people around me do the same and don't assume, without asking questions, that what's fabulous for them is terrific for me as well.
[The answer is personal, and it may change over time:
A new hobby, working out, improving your skillset at something,
reading a book, cooking, taking a walk, playing with a pet...]
Depending on our life story, on external circumstances, on our experiences, and sometimes even on our current company: Working out alone could be perfect for someone and terrible for someone else who may prefer to work out in a group. And so on.
Finding out what is energizing for us, right now, is just as precious as the legendary pot of gold at the end of a rainbow: Energy can be replenished and something energizing is, therefore, like a neverending wonder in our lives.
