Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #302. - Bouncing back from being speechless

In a world full of tweets, social media posts, phone calls, Zoom calls, e-mails, podcasts, and even old-fashioned face-to-face interactions, we are rarely speechless.
And yet, it may happen, and it can be related to something beautiful, to something terrible, or to something we could need a little bit of time to process.

It doesn't matter whether we are talking about historical events or personal ones... If something feels so surprising, unprecedented, and inconceivable that we don't know what to say and how to react...
Speechless is often a sound and healthy strategy. For a while.

[Being able to bounce back is a skill
that can be learned, practiced, and improved over time]

And yet, after that, we usually have to bounce back.
Today's question is an invitation to think about all those moments in your life when, for whatever reason, you have been speechless, and how you recovered and found your voice again afterward.

Coaching question of the day:
"How do you usually bounce back from being speechless?"
