If there is one thing the last year taught (or better said... reminded) us, is that life is not as predictable as we tend to imagine.
And, even more, not as predictable as we would like it to be.
The same may be true for each of us.
We are all, to some extent and depending on the circumstances, less predictable than others (and ourselves) would expect us to be.

Where exactly? How? In which situations? Alone or with others? How does it feel? Too much? Or it should be more?
Just like we tend to forget that life is not always predictable, we also tend to forget that predictability is not the same as safety.
Today's coaching question is an invitation to keep that in mind more often. Who knows...
