We spend a lot of time thinking about the right career, the right job, the right company. What does "right" mean?
"Right" accordingly to our wishes, our goals, our vision for ourselves.
And yet we often forget that the "right" job is just one part of the equation and that other factors are as important, if not more important: The right friends, the right habits, the right lifestyle. In a word: The right environment to be in.
With a caveat: It is not the right environment as an absolute dogma that is the same for everyone, but the one that's right for you, the one that resonates with you, the one that keeps you accountable, and helps you thrive and grow.
