Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #55. - No as a form of growth

For most people, saying NO is a limiting act. They see saying NO as a way to avoid something, which can be true sometimes. Still, it is not always the case.

Saying NO can be part of a growth process, as a person, as a professional, as a partner, as a friend.

[NO is not always a limit.
It can be an agent of growth too]

"Which NO would make you grow?"
