Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #56. - No as a form of yes

If I say NO, which ideas come to your mind?
Most people think about losing something, missing out, offending someone, being considered rude, or even...

Or even becoming the "NO person" for those around them. It doesn't have to be that way. Saying NO can actually set time and space free, can create new opportunities, can over time lead to the desired results.

[In order to say YES to something,
usually, we have to say NO to something else]

Coaching question of the day:
"Which NO could lead you to what you're looking for?"
