Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #140. - Picking the right battles

Pick your battles wisely, they say.
And they couldn't be more right.

Being able to understand which battles are worth your time, energy, money, commitment, and emotional labor is a skill that may take some time to be acquired or honed, and yet it is absolutely priceless.

[Battles are not always something bad,
at least not the ones you pick for a good reason]

Picking your battles with purpose and self-awareness can make the difference between acting like a modern Don Quixote while focusing on irrelevant feuds and being on top of your game while dedicating your time to what matters to you.

Coaching question of the day:
"Which battles are actually worth your time?"
