A big plan is actually not that big at all. It is not a mountain, even if we like to use this image a lot.
It is more a colorful bag of candies: a quite impressive mix of tiny, small, medium, and bigger steps that, hopefully, should eventually lead to accomplishing the big plan in our mind, in the long run.
One candy at the time. One flavor at the time. One small colorful packaging at the time.
On a regular basis, we can have a look at our colorful bag, pick a handful of the candies we want to "eat" short -term and mid-term, and they should become our main priority as long as some of them are still in our hand.
This way, instead of focusing on the big plan as a whole, we are going to take care of the next steps, no matter how "toylike" they could look like from afar.
Those are the ones in front of us, the ones that come next in our to-do list, the ones that can keep us going.
Until we will pick yet another handful of splashy candies, for the next round.
Coaching question of the day:
"What's next in your big plan?"

to be tackled one at the time]
