If you don't try, you will never know.
We tend to have an opinion on almost everything, even on things we don't know, we never experienced, we have only a little information on.
And yet, those opinions are very often not that reliable, and above all, they are not set in stone either.
Once in a while, trying out something different from what you are used to, having a new experience, verifying whether your opinion on something is reasonable or not can be absolutely enriching and a precious learning experience.
You don't always have to wait for your bucket list for trying something out. Give yourself permission, and have fun!
Coaching question of the day:
"Which new experience did you try out this week?"

[Something relaxing, something small, something quirky,
something geeky, something unusual, something...
keep experiencing new things on a regular basis]
