Sometimes I wonder how many people would actually be able to give a thoughtful answer to a question that could appear absolutely mundane, at first.
And yet, most of the time, we are just so busy, so busy, so so busy...
Too bad that being busy is not a synonym for being productive, creative, or successful.
Too bad that being busy makes it very difficult to relax and to be mindful, essential habits needed on a regular basis by our brain, our body, and last but not least by our creativity and productivity.
Relaxation is the other side of the coin.
There's neither steady productivity nor real creativity without relaxation because relaxation is all about putting some distance between ourselves and what we were doing or thinking so that we can see new things, go further, be better.
If you are too busy for taking a break and relaxing in some of the ways you like, your time management needs an urgent fix.
If you are too busy for even remembering in which ways you like to relax, it may be that you would be happier (and more productive) after giving yourself five minutes for remembering it. And then some more for actually explore again some of those ways.
