Over the decades, tons of pop songs taught us how to listen to our hearts, our guts, our minds.
Unfortunately, the same didn't happen with our own bodies.
Still, for some of us, listening to the body, and to what it has to say, may be a no-brainer.
For some others, it could be less intuitive, and for sure there are people that consider the whole concept of "listening to the body" a bit weird, if not exactly impossible.
The body doesn't talk.
How can we listen?!
Well, the body talks. A lot.
Just, most of the time, we don't listen.
Either because we don't know how to and nobody taught us so far, or because we are too busy, or because we think that, based on our values and assumptions, it could not be that important.
Depending on our belief system, the body is either a temple, a mirror of our mind, the most extraordinary system ever built, a well-oiled machine, an accessory, some foreign "thing" we happen to be connected to by chance, or some sort of constraining structure which boundaries and limits we keep trying to ignore and overcome.
And yet, the body talks.
First, in a very subtle way. Then, over time, always louder and louder. Until it can't get ignored any longer. Which is usually when it's way too late already.
Coaching question of the day:
"When should you listen to your body?"

[Depending on your belief system, the answer could go either
"Always" or "Never", or everywhere in-between]
