Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #222. - Cherishing the unexpected

We often tend to measure our flexibility based on how we are on those days where everything goes as planned.
And yet, in order to truly learn something about us and how flexible we actually are, we should think about those days where very little, if anything at all, went as planned.

The things we didn't expect are the ones that will teach us something about ourselves and show us where there is still room for improvement, resilience, adaptability, and a sense of humor.

[Some of the most amazing things in life
are the ones you didn't expect...
and that messed up with your day at first]

And, more often than not, they can also be a wonderful, unexpected, enriching surprise.
At the end of the day, let's be curious and thankful for all the things that we didn't expect and that became a new, useful life lesson, or something to laugh about with our loved ones.

Coaching question of the day:
"What you didn't expect today?"
