When we are talking about time, there are mainly two categories of people: The ones that talk about "finding time" and the ones that believe that it's up to them to "make time".
The "time finders", on one hand, are usually overwhelmed, busy, and it's not uncommon to hear them complaining about how difficult it can be to find time for [fill the blank with whatever activity may apply].

The "time makers", on the other hand, more often than not live by the motto "Make time, not excuses" and are quite certain that they can be in charge of how they use their time.
What's their secret, you may ask? Deciding what's worth their precious and limited time and what isn't, making something a priority, in order to also make time for it on a regular basis, and be unapologetic about saying NO to something else, if necessary. Rinse and repeat.
If you're a time maker, today's question is a no-brainer for you, and yet it can still be a fun excuse for a healthy reality check.
If you're a time finder, today's question is an invitation to try out a different approach and to reflect on what matters to you, your self-efficacy, and how you want your days to look like.
