Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #279. - A liberating experience, today

Completing a project, letting go of something that has been hunting you even in your dreams lately, finding a brilliant creative solution for some hairy problem, clarifying a misunderstanding, passing a test, spending some time offline while doing nothing, enjoying your talents in a new way...

"Liberating" can mean plenty of different things to many people, and yet experiencing something liberating is often related to a deep sense of accomplishment and represents the perfect occasion for practicing thankfulness, train our gratitude muscles, and celebrate.

[Experiencing something liberating
may feel like a new beginning
and it is worth celebrating!]

No big celebrations are required, though:
A smile, a nice meal, a hot bath, a good movie, a walk, a laugh with someone we care about are more than enough and they can feel like a special treat.

Coaching question of the day:
"What has been liberating today?"
