Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #325. - The one million dollar question about your next reality check

Today's coaching question is one of those classical one million dollar questions.
Finding an answer is not that easy and nobody expects you to have a good one ready within a couple of minutes.

Staying true to oneself is often the quest of a lifetime, also because understanding what that even means in the first place is a rather hard task for most people, and it may take years.
Those years are usually called adolescence and young adulthood, in case you may be wondering.

[The difficult and yet valuable question
that can become part of our regular reality check]

There is no golden rule or magic potions for staying true to ourselves, even if we would all like it.
Still, making a habit out of asking us regularly: "While doing or saying so, would I still be able to stay true to myself?" is a good place to start and it can be a priceless reality check.

As long as we are honest with ourselves with our answers.

Coaching question of the day:
"How do you stay true to yourself?"
