Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #330. - Our responsibility on bad days

We often hope to be able to enjoy an endless streak of good days.
This is quite optimistic and, let's be honest, not that plausible.

What we can hope for instead is to be able to turn a bad day around.
To know ourselves well enough to understand what we could need at that moment. And to be nice enough to ourselves in making it a priority for us.
This way, even if we should have a so-called bad day at first, it could end up being not that bad at all.

[We may not be responsible for a bad day...
but we can always be in charge of our reaction to it]

Turning a bad day around is about taking responsibility. For our emotions, our feelings, our well-being.
And yes, even for things we could not really have power over. But we can always decide how we are going to react to those, and whether or not we want to do our best to turn a bad day around.

Coaching question of the day:
"What can turn around a bad day?"
