Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #387. - The most important secret of life design

We often dream of and/or talk about the big moves, and we think that, while looking for a change, "action" is the answer.
In this context, we expect "action" to be something flashy and loud, like in an action movie: drama, life-changing situations, danger, going all-in at once.

And yet, what really counts are the tiny daily actions that add up one day at a time.
What really counts is the way we spend our days, every single one of them, and of which tiny actions they are made of.

[Healthy habits, relaxing rituals, small gestures...
what is adding value to your days?]

Those are the true elements of long-lasting change, that's the only secret we need.
If our present tiny daily actions are not telling yet the story we want them to tell, maybe it's time to (re)discover other daily actions that can serve us and our purpose better.

We can start small. One tiny daily action at a time.

Coaching question of the day:
"Which tiny daily actions are you rediscovering these days?"
