"So much pressure".
"I'm under pressure right now".
"I don't like pressure".
They say. What would you say? How do you define pressure?
[If you would ask ten people what pressure is,
you would get ten different answers... Quite interesting, huh?]
We tend to think that pressure is the same for everyone, that we all react in the same way, that we all perceive it just like everyone else. That we all hate it, suffer because of it, try to avoid it, or... ?
Or, to put it better, we tend to think that everyone else deals with pressure just as we do. And yet, this is far away from the truth.
Pressure is a matter of perspective. And a matter of mindset.
"Pressure is a choice", they say. Which kind of pressure are you looking for and creating for yourself?
