Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #74. - Unplug & Recharge

We like to think that we are indestructible, invincible, unstoppable.
It may be, once in a while. But every single day, no matter what? Not really.

Taking time to unplug and recharge is a healthy habit that can improve the quality of our life, our professional performance, our creativity, our relationships.

While seeing this as a habit, something that can be done consistently and that has a place in our calendars and in our weekly schedule, it can be easier to do it regularly and without feeling ashamed or guilty.

[Unplug and recharge?
It's a way of taking care of yourself... and others]

This way, we can see it for what it is, in the end: An act of self-care, a nice gesture towards us and others, a way of making it possible for us to be our best self every single day.

Coaching question of the day:
"How can you unplug and recharge when needed?"
