We like to think that we are indestructible, invincible, unstoppable.
It may be, once in a while. But every single day, no matter what? Not really.
Taking time to unplug and recharge is a healthy habit that can improve the quality of our life, our professional performance, our creativity, our relationships.
While seeing this as a habit, something that can be done consistently and that has a place in our calendars and in our weekly schedule, it can be easier to do it regularly and without feeling ashamed or guilty.
