Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #98. - Two groups of people

With some people, it looks like you would have to explain every single time why they can trust you.
No matter how many positive interactions you already had, somehow they didn't get the memo that they can count on your know-how and on your skills.

With other people, on the contrary, you know that they are on your side, no further questions asked, and that they are able to recognize and appreciate the value you are able to bring to the table, every single time.

Life is not a problem to be solved, it's a mystery to be lived.
Osho [1931-1990]

["No further questions asked" not because they never ask...
but because you gave a valid answer so many times already]

It is up to you to see how you want to design most of your interactions, and with which kind of people.

Whatever you decide to do, taking the attitude of the first group of people personally as it would be your fault is not the way to go, and it would be a waste of time (and nerves) on your side.

Cherishing and being thankful for the attitude of the second group of people could be a better option, something to keep in mind while crafting your next thank-you note.

Coaching question of the day:
"Who is on your side, no further questions asked?"
