Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #86. - A grateful attitude

On good days, on bad days, on average days... nothing is more empowering than gratitude.
But if in good or average days gratitude can feel nice to have or like the cherry on top, in bad days gratitude can be the hidden game-changer that turns the day around.

Feeling bad or feeling down is really difficult while counting your blessings and expressing your gratitude to yourself and others... as long as you really mean it.

[This could be the best question to ask yourself
every single day if you want to change your attitude
towards yourself and others]

Coaching question of the day:
"When was the last time you thanked someone while meaning it?"
