Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #87. - Your year of real change

For many reasons, 2020 has been so far a very difficult year on a global scale.
This is going to make it memorable in countless ways, even if it is not very pleasant right now.

Thing is, change is almost never pleasant when it happens. And when people tell you otherwise, you should not believe it.
For something to change, some level of work, attention, commitment, responsibility, and friction is necessary. If this would not be the case, the change would have happened already.

Big changes are more often than not related to some level of disruption, destruction, discomfort.
It is almost never "pleasant", in the making. But it can become so powerful in the long run.

["Love it, leave it, change it", they say.
A good amount of change is up to you]

What will stay, after the different crises all happening at once right now will pass, is what you will have made out of all the struggles, the problems, the sadness, the challenges, the obstacles.
And how resilient you would have become in getting there.

Coaching question of the day:
"One year from now, what should be different in your life?"
