Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #120. - The secret of your success

Even if most people tend to consider making lots of money and having success as synonyms, there is actually not the one and only definition of success that is a good fit for everyone.

Yes, even if everybody around you seems to be absolutely sure that keeping up with the Joneses is vital, even if social media are exploding with fancy pictures, and even if the people around you told you so since you can even remember.

[Herbert Ross' The Secret of My Success (1987) with Michael J. Fox
may belong to the past... but the secret of your success
can shape your present and your future]

What you consider as success could be not useful or interesting or viable for someone else, because your definition of success is only yours, and it has to make sense for you, and for you only.

This way, it's no wonder that the secret of your success is as well only yours, that special and inimitable mix of traits, ideas, experiences, and everything else that makes you "you" and that nobody else can reproduce with 100% accuracy. Your peculiar touch, if you like.

Once you know what's the secret of being you, you can discover (and embrace) the secret of your success as well, and all the good things that come with it.
