Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #291. - Your new traditions, from now on - Part II

Yesterday's coaching question was about the new traditions we may have established for ourselves this year.
You didn't get a chance to create new traditions so far or until yesterday you were sure that traditions are about the past, and the past only, but now you like the idea?

That's not a big problem.
In a couple of days, this year will be over and a new one will begin.

[No new traditions for you yet?
No biggie...
The new year is already around the corner]

Each day of next year, you will have a chance to think about which traditions actually matter to you, which ones are not relevant any longer or appear to be even unhealthy for you right now, and which ones were not part of your past but could be welcome in your present and in your future and improve the quality of your life and your relationships.

Coaching question of the day:
"Which new tradition would you like to establish next year?"
