Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #307. - With a pinch of salt

Countless times a day, we may stumble upon the idea that being open, curious, and trusting is crucial to us, our success, our wellbeing. Sure thing.
Still, more often than not, staying pragmatic, pondering what is relevant for us, reflecting on a situation and its pros and cons can make or break us.

Being optimistic and hopeful is refreshing.
Being confident and brave is priceless.

[Even if the English expression is related to the Latin one
"Cum grano salis" (= with a grain of salt),
in Italian people talk about "having salt in their head"]

Being supportive and yet at the same time also able to take things with a pinch of salt is the real thing.

Coaching question of the day:
"Where in your life should you take things with a pinch of salt?"
